From the start of his career, Tim was at the forefront of digital transformations. Today, he has over one decade of experience as a change management practitioner. He is working with teams to accelerate innovation and excellence; as a result, improving their agility and effectiveness in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment. Through his change management experience he shaped the belief that great conversations, bridging silo and meaningful work will lead to excellence - People Excellence.
Tim was recently involved in transformation initiatives that aimed at accelerating innovation for product development teams, R&D departments and manufacturing sites. In these change management engagements he was for example conducting large scale innovation workshops and supported the teams to execute these ideas by adopting change management principles. He also guided managers in applying leadership styles that drive motivation, productivity and empowerment. As a coach, he is supporting agile transformations based on embedding routines that are cultivating a set of desired mindsets. Tim has been working with a broad range of companies like Huntsman, Deutsche Bank, Hewlett Packard, LafargeHolcim, etc. Originally from Switzerland, he has been working for the better part of his career in the Asian region.
