He is an appointed Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000-1 (IT Service Management), ISO 22301 (BCM) and ISO 9001. In addition, he is also an approved Lead Auditor for the German standards IT Security Catalog and Kritis.He has extensive knowledge in the area of IT service management and is a certified ITIL expert.
