1. Ms. Dian Susanty Soeminta (General Manager (Systems))

For over 24 years, Ms Dian Susanty Soeminta has gained a wealth of experience in the quality and environmental domains within the industrial sector. Apart from working independently in remote field sites, she also lead a collaborative inter-disciplinary team of auditor to assess quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001 series/ISO 14001 series) for over 150 companies.

Since January 2015, she has assumed the role of General Manager for Sustainability Assurance to cover all issues related to Sustainable Forestry Management, Sustainable Agriculture Certification, ISPO and RSPO Program management globally. In addition, she is also taking care of Management System certification at PT TÜV Rheinland Indonesia to cover both ISO series and Sustainability topics in Forestry and Agriculture sector, with certifications ranging from ISPO, RSPO and ISCC.

To sum it all, Ms. Soeminta has worked successfully in academic, governmental, non-governmental and rural settings in Indonesia and combines rigorous scientific training with cultural acuity.  
2. Ms Rahmawati Noor (Senior Manager (QM & HSE))

Since 2001, Ms Rahmawati Noor has performed audits for over 200 companies for a wide range of management systems such as ISO 37001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14064.

Moving up the ranks as the key compliance officer where she engage in socialisation of company policy code of conduct, anticorruption guidelines, guidelines conduct compliance trainings, Ms Noor Serving has served as the lead auditor for ISO 37001 since 2019. Specific to ISO 37001, she underwent multiple trainings and is our key expert on the control requirements and certification process for Anti-bribery Management Systems (ABMS).

Currently, Ms. Noor has a Master Degree on Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indonesia University. In addition, she also has a Diploma majoring in Chemical Engineering from Sriwijaya University.
