13.04.2020 Update
On 3rd April, Singapore Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong had announced that most workplaces will be shut down and dining in will not be allowed at food establishments for a month, as part of a set of "Circuit Breaker" measures to stem the spread of Covid-19 in the community. The regulations are in force for the period between April 7th 2020 and May 4th 2020 (both dates inclusive).

TÜV Rheinland Singapore (TIC Company) is categorised under Essential Services which will be exempted from the Circuit Breaker measures.
However, in response to the Government's directive on preventing the spread of Covid-19, we have taken the following internal measures:
- Laboratories remain in operation with a controlled number of daily lab engineers allowed in line with Social distancing practices.
- "Work from home" guidelines are being implemented for employees that are able to carry out their tasks and responsibilities from home.
We remain fully operational to undertake business operations through our mix of work from home arrangements and laboratories operation.
