Our Speakers
Cristina Lunghi is an international expert in Gender Equality, holds a PhD in European Law, and is the founding President of Arborus.

Her specialty is implementing strategies and initiatives to promote gender equality in the workplace in an inclusive manner (i.e., by integrating diversity).

She is the creator of several labels, both in France (AFNOR) and internationally: GEEIS, Gender Equality European & International Standard (and its derivatives, GEEIS DIVERSITY and GEEIS AI), deployed in 56 countries, and the first International Charter for Inclusive AI, and the GEEIS EVENT label for major international events.

She is the author of several books on the subject of gender equality.


Haïdie Keddar is a passionate advocate for sustainability and human rights, with a strong commitment to leveraging her extensive experience for meaningful impact. With 20 years in the TIC industry including 15 years at TÜV Rheinland, she has honed her expertise in team management, P&L and operational management, global sales, and business development. Haïdie has played a pivotal role in corporate and strategic project management, marketing, and communications.

Her technical proficiency includes in-depth knowledge of global supply chains, product testing, inspection, audit, and certification. She is well-versed in systems management audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), sustainability report assurance (AA1000, GRI, SASB), and ESG initiatives (SA 8000, ISO 26000, amfori BSCI/BEPI).

Additionally, Haïdie’s work spans GHG inventory and verification, and climate-related topics, including climate action frameworks such as Climate Fresk and COP.
