Before joining the TÜV Rheinland Global Team, Beata Studzinska-Marciniak was a Standard Manager at IFS Broker, IFS Logistics and IFS Wholesale / Cash & Carry Standards. In 2022, she took over the role of an IFS Senior Technical Manager. Her tasks include the technical support of CBs and retailers regarding the implementation of various IFS standards and the expansion of Global Market Programs in Poland.

Felix Schuhmann started out with a horticulture degree, before pursuing his career in the post-farm industry. After working and studying in Germany, Spain, the US and the Netherlands, Felix joined IFS in 2020. Initially a member of the IFS Academy Team, he soon transitioned to Standard Management. Today, as a Technical Manager, he supports the Standard Managers with their daily tasks. His position also includes leading the German-speaking work group of IFS. Felix was deeply involved in the development of the newest version, making him one of the key experts to share first-hand information and insights about IFS Food version 8.
