Everything You Need to Know About ANSI/RIA R15.08 and UL 3100
On-Demand Webinar
We'll answer frequently asked questions in a future podcast.
The much awaited standards ANSI/RIA R15.08 and UL 3100 were released in 2021 to address the ongoing compliance gap within the quickly growing mobile robot market. Prior to the release, mobile robot manufacturers were left to using traditional industrial robot and AGV standards to address safety, making the publication of these standards a significant step forward in the robotics industry.

This on-demand webinar takes a deep dive into ANSI/RIA R15.08 and UL 3100, outlining what manufacturers and integrators of industrial mobile robots need to know in order to not only achieve compliance to standards but also to create safe robotic systems.
Key Learning Points:
  • Scopes of ANSI/RIA R15.08 and UL 3100
  • Definitions of robot types identified in the standards
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment
  • New safety considerations from the standards
  • Collaborative operations and fleet management
  • Verification and validation
