With over 25 years of experience in auditing data security and privacy, Richard has also completed the BABL AI training, which has enabled the effective delivery of a number of ISO / IEC 42001 certifications across different sectors.

As product manager for IT standards at TÜV Rheinland, he is responsible for the development and further development of these IT standards as well as industry-specific standards for data security and data protection.
Dr. Shea Brown, CEO & Founder BABL AI Inc.

Dr. Shea Brown is the founder and CEO of BABL AI and an internationally recognized leader in AI and algorithm auditing, bias in machine learning, and AI governance. He has testified and advised on numerous AI regulations in the US and EU. He is a Fellow and Board member at ForHumanity, a non-profit working to set standards for algorithm auditing and organizational governance of artificial intelligence. Additionally, he is a founding member of the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors, a community of practice that aims to advance and organize the algorithmic auditing profession. He was formerly a professor of Astrophysics at the University of Iowa, where his research focused on astrophysical applications of machine learning.
