For investors, manufacturers and buyers of PV modules, verification of product quality is the most decisive success factor. The modules have to be extremely robust for consistent delivery of the guaranteed rated power even under more severe climactic conditions. Otherwise, you and your supply chain partners will fall back on this competitive market with its fast technical development. You may ask yourself how to implement an efficient quality control system beside your core business?

Our webinar “Quality Controlled PV – Convince with Consistent and High-Performing Products” will introduce you to an advanced quality control program with focus on reliability qualification and a continuous monitoring of product quality in mass production.
Benefit from our experience

For years, we are raising industry standards for solar module quality permanence and increase confidence for your invest around the globe with our Quality Controlled PV (QCPV) program.

According to catalogue procedures, our experts perform an extended stress test program based on IEC TS 63209 for high confidence in the reliability and long lifetime of the PV module. We control how manufacturers conduct regular quality and surveillance measures with monthly testing of random samples taken from running production.
Quality Controlled PV – Convince with Consistent and High-Performing Products
In the webinar you will learn from our experts about the new three-level process in our QCPV program that covers stress testing and quality surveillance measures as well as material and supplier monitoring. Of course we give practical guidance how these advanced testing standards could help to improve the longevity and performance of your solar projects.
