Reinhard Bier has been with TÜV Rheinland for over 11 years, specializing in supply chain auditing.
He began his journey in sales, later moving into project management for global customer programs and strategic business development. Today, he leads the company’s global supply chain auditing services.
Since 2020, Reinhard has focused on legislative frameworks such as the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), supporting businesses in translating regulatory expectations into practical, audit-based solutions.
Ryan Foo, Senior Technical Manager at TÜV Rheinland, has over 14 years of relevant professional experience, specializing in consulting and reporting assurance services for the HKEx‘s ESG Reporting Guide.
Ryan has extensive industry ESG management and reporting experience in the textile and property industry. He is familiar with GRI ("Global Reporting Initiative"), EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment, MSCI Global ESG Rating, TCFD ("Task Force Climate Related Financial Reporting"), S&P Global ESG Corporate Sustainability Assessment, CDP and the GRESB ("Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark") rating.
Ryan is familiar with various corporate sustainability and carbon footprint data management software and has practical experience in using them. He has successfully implemented corporate sustainability reporting data management systems for HK Electric, MTR, CLP, Li & Fung, and CDL Singapore.
Ryan is also a GRI training instructor. He was involved in the translation of GRI 3.1 Chinese version.
