Increasing role of functional safety for risk reduction in robotics applications introduces more and more requirements for robot components manufacturers. Alex Yegorov has almost 30 years of experience in AS Drives research and development field, 20 of which were involved with the implementation of functional safety features in different AS Drives product platforms for industrial automation applications. He is a co-author of several patents in the area of implementation of functional safety support in AS Drives products.

Alex is a TÜV Rheinland certified Functional Safety Expert and certified Functional Safety Instructor.
